Stuck on something? A few common fixes:

Extension isn't translating — check the API key in the extension's options page matches the one on your dashboard. Regenerating your key on the dashboard immediately invalidates the old one.
"Free plan limit reached" — free accounts get 50 translations a day and up to 200 saved words total; the daily translation count resets every day, and both caps go away on Pro.
Forgot your password — use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page — we'll email you a reset link.
